Do I need a membership to play at Pickle Point?

No, you don’t need a membership to enjoy playing at Pickle Point! While memberships offer certain benefits such as discounted rates and priority booking, you can still play without a membership! 
You just need to sign up for a CourtReserve account to book a court or register to our events. Just click on the "Book a Court" button located at the top of your screen to create your account!

How do I create an account on CourtReserve?

From our website, click on the pink button at the top that says "Book a court"
You will be directly sent to our Court Reserve portal where you will have to create an account.
Fill in the information and add your payment profile!
Choose your type of membership (or non-member if you'd like)
You are all set!

How to book a court?

Accepted Answer

Once you've created your account on CourtReserve, you'll have access to the calendar and can start booking a court or signing up for our events.

If you do not want to create an account, you can just click on "Book a court FAST" on our website, follow the steps and DONE!
If you have a membership/Punch Pass you'd like to use, you can log in (or create a new one). Once you're in the CourtReserve portal, click the button that also says Book a Court, and then click on any available white space on the calendar that says Reserve. Done! Remember to select Singles if there are 2-3 players or Doubles if there are 4 or more. You can add your friends by searching for their names under Additional Players, if they have an account as well, or you an add them as Guests.

I’m new to pickleball, where should I start?

Welcome! We recommend starting with one of our Intro to Pickleball lessons. These beginner-friendly sessions will teach you the basics in a fun and supportive environment, with up to 5 other participants. After that, keep building your skills and confidence by joining our Beginner Open Play events. They’re a great way to meet other new players and continue improving at your own pace!

Can I book a court over the phone?

We’d love to see you play at Pickle Point, but court reservations must be made through CourtReserve. If you do not have an account, you can click on "Book a court FAST" on our website and follow the steps.

Question 6

Do you have Punch Passes? How can I buy one?

Accepted Answer

We offer three types of Punch Passes: one for Adults, one for Seniors (65+), one for Children (under 15). Each pass includes 10 hours of play, valid for 3 months. Remember that you need an account to buy one.

To purchase a punch pass, simply go to the Billing section in your CourtReserve account and select Packages. Click on Purchase Package, choose the Punch Pass that matches your age group, click Purchase, and you’re all set! Or give us a call, we can help you out!

I have a Punch Pass, why do I still see a fee on my reservation?

When you book a court or register to an event, confirm your reservation to view the available payment options, then select "Pay with Package" to use your punches. Punch passes are individual and non-transferable.  
*Punches can be redeemed for Private Court Bookings and Events (Round Robin, Open Play, Social Play, etc.) 1 hour = 1 punch (doubles) // 1 hour = 1.5 punches (singles)

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel a reservation, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the start of your booking to avoid any cancellation fees. For memberships, feel free to reach out to us via email at info@picklepointcentre.com.

Question 9

How do I sign up for a clinic?

Accepted Answer

To register, go to the Events section on your app or computer. There, you’ll find clinics for all skill levels and all of our coaches. Simply select the event that best fits your schedule. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your class to prepare. Remember to bring sportswear and indoor shoes!

How can I book a Semi-private lesson?

All of our private lessons on the calendar can be turned into semi-private lessons if you wish. To see pricing details based on the number of people, click on the day you're interested in, and you'll find all the information. Just send us an email at info@picklepointcentre.com, and we'll take care of booking you and your group! Remember, it’s necessary for all participants to have a CourtReserve account.

Can I suggest a different time for a private or semi-private lesson?

Yes, we do! We have a specialized program for children, and you can request more information by emailing us at info@picklepointcentre.com. Plus, we offer classes for all skill levels and ages, with a team of four coaches ready to guide you!
